We are looking for a driven individual to join our operations team as our inventory associate. This position is responsible for receiving, handling, stocking, and managing all the materials needed for our laboratory testing. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will take initiative to make this position truly their own. An ideal candidate would be continually looking to improve aspects of the role and is not satisfied with good enough. Strong communication is a must, as well as great organizational skills. Problem solving skills are also required, and a critical component of the position. Individuals who thrive in a very fast paced, and goal-oriented environment are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior inventory management skills and LEAN experience are preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who is willing to meet the challenge with enthusiasm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receiving incoming supplies, matching packing lists with purchase orders.
· Support purchasing department (ex. help tracking supply orders, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, etc.).
· Help implement Lockbox inventory management system.
· Conducting cycle-counting of inventory and quarterly physical inventory counts.
In addition to the above, Employee will be expected to conduct him/herself in a manner acceptable in a professional business environment, and to adhere to the policies and procedures established in the Company’s Employee Policy Manual, its Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and/or other policies and procedures that the Company may adopt.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Laboratory Team. The QA specialist will join as part of our larger QA team, whos ultimate goal is to ensure the integrity of our studies and data. We are looking for an individual with previous laboratory experience and skills (educational experience is okay) who is also looking to grow their skillset within the larger laboratory testing industry. Previous regulatory experience is a plus we are willing to train the right candidate.

BioScience Laboratories is looking for a qualified individual to help lead our testing team as a Study Director within our In-Vitro laboratory. The Study Director is responsible for the conducting of studies assigned to them for customer of BioScience Laboratories. The Study Director will lead a team of laboratory technicians, microbiologists and associate study directors in order to complete studies in their entirety as agreed upon by the sponsor of each study.
